A Flat File Arcade Script?

I think I will code a Flat File Arcade Script from scratch.  This will do away with the need for a MySQL database.  It shouldn't be too hard to create and, hopefully, I will be able to tie in the user credentials this forum is using, maybe.

When I say a 'Flat File Arcade Script', it will have an Admin with the ability to add games and test them before displaying on the Arcade page itself.

I converted Bludit to display the arcade, along with some coding of my own, but I am now coding the whole thing from scratch.  A dead easy to use Arcade script, simple yet very effective should be the result, hopefully
